Now more than ever, children, individuals & couples are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and uncertain about how they are supposed to manage their relationships. I invite you to engage in curiosity and exploration and begin a new journey to understand yourself better. Many people who seek out therapy with me are children, teens, and individuals who struggle with anxiety, feel disconnected from themselves/others, and have negative thoughts. I help individuals respond to their pain, punishment, criticism, shame, or trauma and begin to reconstruct their new narrative. I have the patience and passion for working kids & teens work through their big emotions in telling their stories, using movement & creative arts. I have a passion for helping you face the origin of your negative thoughts. I educate couples on creating safety, identifying individual needs, and self-soothing skills to foster co-regulation skills. I am especially sensitive to the loss associated with infertility and pregnancy. These forms of losses represent a silent journey of repeated losses not only for both partners.
